A disaster for a fantastic app

My little boy love pocoyo, honestly even me I love it, it is a fantastic educative kids program, but I don t understand why you are not making more effort to fix your app, because you would do even more money from it??????every time my boy want to look at his episode, every time we have to download it, is that normal when you pay for your episodes?
Very sad to have that bugs going on
