If the application is deleted or if you need to reinstall the app for whatever reasons, you must buy episodes again.

You cant chose french language and its really a pity. I would buy some episodes if the appli existed in french

What are you waiting for??? We need an updating its impossible to watch the episodes since the last IOS update!!!! Very bad fonctionality

Again and again the application have a big bugs My last comment is availble again Waiting for the new update Your bugs still even i removed the application and reinstalled more than 5 times!!! There is now way to play the episodes and restore the ones purshased. Please do your job and fix it asap

My little boy love pocoyo, honestly even me I love it, it is a fantastic educative kids program, but I don t understand why you are not making more effort to fix your app, because you would do even more money from it??????every time my boy want to look at his episode, every time we have to download it, is that normal when you pay for your episodes? Very sad to have that bugs going on

Pocoyo is a great character, my child loves him. Unfortunately the play button only works after download the espisode - it used to work in previous version of app.

Very frustrating, doesnt work well. My purchases have disappeared and I cant restore it. Want my money back. Other than that, it always crushes, letting my toddler very disappointed. If it could work properly would be a great app.

This is a must have if you have a newborn.

This company strategy is horrible, I had to change my iPad and Im no longer able to have my daughter 50 episodes I had bought and no feedback from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH DESORGANIZED AND UNRESPECTFUL COMPANY AND PRODUCT.

Bought 20 episodes a week ago and they dont work anymore. App support site ironically asks for Adobe knowing Im a iOS user. Apple should bane this company from publishing @ Apple Store.

My daughter loved this app until the latest version. My in-app purchase was missing and even though I tried to buy again 45 episodes, the app refuses to unlock! My crying girl I could not comfort. This is extremely frustrating!

Changes in the app made it worse. We bought the full package for both TV apps and now we get a reminder that the subscription mode was changed. But why do you have ad banners running in my paid version. Its really annoying with a little child!

The bad reviews arent warranted. The episodes are in English, and are well worth the price.

... and indeed, its all in English! However, all episodes should be download-able so the kids could watch anywhere even if the iPhone is in airplane mode. Surely the developers are aware that five episodes arent enough to keep the kiddies satisfied for a good period of time . So please make it possible that all episodes can be downoaded at once when bought. Then all five stars are shaded .

I paid for 50 episodes i wood Like to have all of them if not paid me !

I loaded the app and it will not connect to the server at all. This is unfortunate as my children love to watch pocoyo and are very disappointed that they can not watch it through this app. Hopefully in the near future the problem will be corrected.

Crashes EVERY TIME I turn it on. No exceptions. Deleted.

Love this app. Kids love and honestly find my self watching it to put a smile on my face.
