Pocoyo Kids TV App Reviews

Since several updates ago, this app doesnt work! Stop telling me to restore the videos I already bought and to uninstall and reinstall the app only for it to not work...getting my sons hopes up only to be disappointed. Fix it or give me my money back!! It still doesnt work with todays update!

It never keeps the videos weve already downloaded. Every time my son wants to watch we have to download again. It also wont restore the ones we purchased. DO NOT BUY until they fix it

paid for all the episodes, but cant restore them. scam...

Every couple of times my kids want to watch this is doesnt work. I end up having to delete the app and reinstall it and then only half the time does it work. So annoying. I gave it three stars bc when it does work its a fun way to watch and my kids love the show.

It was working and now it doesnt. Terrible terrible app!! Please fix!!

My son loved this app. It was worth the $5.99 for all of the videos. Since all of the updates I can no longer access any of the locked episodes. I even went to try and re- purchase the episodes and it says that I have already purchased and need to download. I have tried to restore the episodes several times and it says I have 0 episodes! I have deleted and installed the app several times, with no luck. Extremely disappointed!!

My son LOVES this app, I buy the complete serie (also i bought the second one too). But this one STOP WORKING!!! I try to installed from Cloud many times but still DOESNT WORK... FIX IT!!!!!!!!

This was a great app for my 14 month old. I paid for the additional episodes and one day they stopped working. Thats my only complaint..... Please fix

I paid $5.99 but i cant restore episodes even if I tried to retore it again and again. Where is pocoyos developers? I want to refund or FIX it.

Downloaded episodes keep disappearing and I unlocked all episodes for $5.99 and cant access them.

Is there an update coming soon?

Much like other reviewers have mentioned, we purchased additional episodes that end up disappearing. All suggestions to restore the purchases does not work. This is absolutely infuriating as my son adores Pocoyo and this app would allow us to keep him entertained while we are traveling. I had to buy the extra episodes a second time just to make my young toddler happy while we were out of town. Hoping that they resolve this soon so that they restore the shows we have purchased or provide a refund for this nonsense. I wont hold my breath for either. Very disappointed.

App barely works. Had it for months and it probably worked twice. Terrible.

My sons love Pocoyo & this app! We have not had any of the trouble others have had (& hopefully we wont). We have downloaded many episodes & it has kept them so far. :)

Paid full price for all videos.. NONE WILL PLAY!!

I was wondering why my son stopped watching and going to the app because he loves Pocoyo. Well its not working and has been down for a while. I tried to restore, but it doesnt allow me. This is ridiculous. When you try to download an episode it crash!

Paid for additional episodes but could not open them. Deleted app and downloaded again. Told it "yes" to allow it to use current location. Now episodes work.

I am still waiting for this game to work. I spent 5.99 for extra episodes, none of which work. It used to work fine until I updated it. It has not worked in at least three months. Dont waste your money!!!

I loved this app so much that I bought all the episodes for my son. The next day the app stopped working and wont open anymore. So disappointed! I had hoped that the update would fix this but its still not working.
