Crashed every time, even after reset. Rubbish!

I bought the 50 extra episodes and they are locked after a short time! Never again. My child will never watch pocoyo again! A total was of $6.00 down the drain! I had to rate one star only because i had to in order to post my comment. You dont deserve even one star!

Very disappointed. Recently purchased 40 episodes but now are all locked. And the free 7 episodes are not able to be viewed without Internet. They need to either fix this or give me a refund. Is there any tech support?

I paid to unlock all the episodes, after recent update, the app automatically locked all but 5. Why?! Nothing said that we have to pay again or an expiration date for the $6. Very disappointed ! The TV was great though, the kids love it.

My son loves this show and its part of our day to day routine. It has let us down once in a while though so only 4 stars. I had downloaded some episodes to watch on plane and they didnt show up unfortunately. Deleted app then reinstalled then restored and now is great again! Not sure if similar bugs will reappear so wont put 5 stars until it works perfectly for our next trip!

Its a great app when its working... But I havent been able to use it for over a month. I uninstalled it and installed again but its still not working... Great disappointment there. Im really mad about that since I bought many episodes.

We got the app in an earlier version and it worked great. Our son loves pocoyo and is learning with it. Sadly the latest version and releases have some problems that make using the app very frustrating. I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice. Purchases were restored and then the app deleted them. Until these issues are addressed it is a thumbs down

The app runs fine before the recent update. After the update, the downloaded clip wont play. Please fix this!!

I paid $5.99 for all of the episodes and the app worked great. Now they are locked and they want $2.99. Total rip off.

I bought 50episodes but after the update they are all lost and I can not restore them I am going to file a complain :( I am very upset as we can not watch them.

My son loves pocoyo and its a life saver when we go out to the restaurant. Too bad this app is so unreliable! I paid and downloaded many episodes and the app just wouldnt work. Its a shame the app isnt as good as the show itself :(

I paid twice for many episodes... Each time i cant restore my purchase. I want my money back and please fix it! Why the app dont keep in memory our purchases ? My daughter love Pocoyo...

Ive had this ap for a week now and for some reason it is not working anymore. When I press play nothing happens. Its too bad because my daughter loves this ap.

Unlocked episodes lock up soon after you buy them. Its very frustrating.

Awesome show terrible app. This app is a source of frustration, the idea is great but its crashing ALL the time, well, to be fair it did work for a couple of weeks and that was it

Tried deleting this app but it wont, and now it zaps my battery because its running in the background

My 3 year old loved this app while it was working. Paid the $5.99 for 45 more streaming episodes and then it stopped working. Thought it might be a temporary glitch and have waited a week for them to fix, but nothing. Did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing and nothing as well. If he downloads the episode, he can watch it once but then it doesnt store it like it should have and so he must wait to download a single episode each time — which, if you have a toddler youll understand — its not the happiest of times. If they cant fix this app they need to refund everyone or else they are just scam artists. Update: There was an app update today on Sept 13, 2013 to "update and fix bugs" but it still does NOT stream....so essentially, nothing has been fixed. Operating on iPhone5 as well.
