Like others, I had lost unlocked episodes. Following the advice from another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and then using the "Restore Purchases" option succeeded in recovering all my unlocked episodes. But I have to do this pretty much every time. This issue aside, the app would otherwise be great. My two year old girl loves to watch her favorite episodes, which can be pre-downloaded to save on bandwidth, especially while away from home. She also loves the Talking Pocoyo app.

Ever since the upgrade the 45 episodes I purchased are still lock!! Until this is fix, this app is a one star.

After making purchase for all episodes , It was good for few days then they are all locked. I want my money back.

My son looooove Pocoyo! However this app is absolutely annoying how every time I have to delete and restore. Please fix before you create anything else

Every time this app updates, I lose the episodes I have purchased. When I choose the restore option, it says I have nothing to restore! What a rip off! I have paid twelve dollars now for nothing, and there is no customer support. Dont waste your $$$!

If you pay for the extra videos, after a short while the app locks them again. You must continually renown load the app to get them to play. Its a hugs hassle. Apple should just remove this app until the developers sort out their mess.

I keep it because my 3yr old adores Pocoyo , I am not impressed withe the function of the app. I havent been able to restore anything. Im not paying twice. :(. My purchased extras will not download ,still!!!!! Please fix the app!!!

Pocoyo is very simple and educational. You can also choose different spoken languages

Everything was going well until the app stated crash, I would just get a dark screen And nothing else, now it does not restore my purchases and it does not give me all the episodes I already paid for

After update lost all purchased episodes. The "Restore Purchases" doesnt do anything. No way to contact the developer either in-app or out. No way to conduct business. Dont EVER buy ANYTHING from these people - if you ever have a problem youre SOL. Update: Intermittently Ive been able to restore purchases - but it never lasts very long. More often than not this app is broken or hobbled in some way. Now theyre going to a subscription model!?! Theyve very generously allowing people who have unlocked episodes to keep them until July 14th, at which time you get to pay them monthly for something youve already paid once - how very nice of them. Im done. Deleted.

Same problem as Zanthia reported. All purchases are now gone, even when i do restore it shows 0 purchase restored. Really annoyed. Please help. Update: Now app doesnt even start. Need urgent help.

When I made the purchase of the chapters and unlock everything, it was for a reason, I dont like subscription models. I am not your cow to milk. You set a price I pay, but it looks that you no longer like your model! Thats not my problem, its yours. The least you can do is honor previous purchases and apply your new scheme to new customers. Shame on you. Such a nice cartoon, with some greedy manager. Ethics, a dead word.

After the last update. It doesnt want to open and I even bought all the videos. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again but its not working. My son loves Pocoyo but now he cant even watch it. Please fix it! I really want the app to work again.

I bought all 50 episodes. They are locked and I have to restore all the time. Beside that issue, what will happen in 180 days? Am I to pay for something Ive already paid once? And btw, your new model wont allow me to download more than 15 episodes. I hate dealing with this app. I want a refund. Whos developing this app?

My little one LOVES pocoyo, but right now she cant see because the app dont work....please fixed!!

Ditto^^^^ Ive never had a problem with this app until now! Everything has gone and Im having to download each episode. Ive just spent another $6 thinking it might work but no. Its taking longer to download the episode then actually watching it. Whatever you changed please change it back. Until then Im only giving 1 star and advising people not to buy the app!! Ill retract this once/if it gets sorted out....

I am not thrilled that after I paid for all the episodes now you want me to subscribe after my "complimentary 180 days"! Why not grandfather in those whove already paid? Ill be deleting this app as soon as the 180 days are up. Well find other ways to get this content.

First of all, I paid the $5.99 for all the episodes years ago w/no time paid subscription cost, when none of the videos would even upload & play

This app used to be our go-to app before the new "subscription" update came out. We would stream episodes and download some on the iPad for when there was no wifi. My son enjoyed this app so much that I decided to purchase/ unlock a series of episodes. We were very pleased and my son was happy. Days after the purchase I had promised him he could watch some episodes and all of a sudden the only option was to download each episode. Can you imagine having to explain to a toddler to wait a LONG time for just one episode to load! I couldnt stream, had to restore my purchases, and then each time I downloaded an episode, it would not save! What the heck did I pay for? I dont have time with two kids to sit down and read any pop ups to inform me of any changes. I was not aware this was changing. I was so upset and frustrated that I just use Netflix now but Netflix removed Pocoyo. So we never watch Pocoyo any more. Its terrible. I never write reviews but I got so fed up today because my toddler keeps wondering why he cant watch his favorite show any longer.
